Sales Tax Policy
Cooking Naturals and CookingNaturals.com charge state sales tax for
purchases by Georgia residents. Cooking Naturals does not charge
state sales tax for all other states. Please check with your state
and/or local municipality regarding your obligation to pay sales tax
on items ordered via the Internet. We urge you to comply with your
local laws regarding payment of sales tax.
Return Policy
All merchandise offered by Cooking Naturals is brand new and factory fresh. We do not sell refurbished, factory seconds or used units. Because we can not resell products that have been used, only products which are unused and in their original new condition may be returned. If the product has been used, washed or altered in any way, it can not be returned.
Within 30 days of the original purchase date of your order, you may return any item purchased from Cooking Naturals under the following conditions: The product is in its original new condition, including original parts, accessories, manuals, warranty card, retail display box, and protective shipping packaging. Cooking Naturals is currently unable to accept returns of items returned more than 30 days after the date of an order.
All items to be returned require a Return Authorization Number. To obtain the RA Number simply call our Customer Service Department at 770-459-9866 or e-mail us at ContactUs@CookingNaturals.com. Returns without authorization will be refused. Any violation of our Return Policy will make the item ineligible for refund.
The Return Authorization Number must be written clearly on the outside of the shipping container. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. The item must be shipped prepaid to the address we provide you when you call for your Return Authorization Number. All authorized returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. This includes, but is not limited to, deducting from the product cost if applicable, shipping & handling costs, dropship fees, credit card transaction fees, the cost of a free product associated with the purchase of the returning product and other respective costs.
If a returned item is lost or destroyed in transit, your account will not be credited for the return, and you will be responsible for obtaining reimbursement from the courier. Therefore we strongly recommend that you purchase insurance from the courier for returned items. All return shipping charges are non-refundable. UPS Ground, FED EX or USPS Priority Mail return delivery are the recommended methods for returns. You must ship returns via a courier that provides tracking, and provide Cooking Naturals with the carrier name, tracking number, and date return shipped. The return tracking information should be e-mailed to Cooking Naturals at ContactUs@CookingNaturals.com The package must be shipped within three business days of receiving your Return Authorization Number, or the shipment may be refused.
Your credit card will be credited once we have received and examined the returning item. Please allow five business days to complete your refund.
If you received a courier-damaged item, please contact Customer Service at 770-459-9866 or e-mail ContactUs@CookingNaturals.com upon initial delivery. We will contact UPS and file the damage claim, then provide you more specific instructions.
If you received an incorrect item, please also contact Customer Service at 770-459-9866 or e-mail ContactUs@CookingNaturals.com upon initial delivery. Cooking Naturals will initiate a UPS Ground Pick-up to return the product to Cooking Naturals, if the shipment is a result of our error.
Returning a gift? If the item you're returning was not designated as a gift when purchased, or if it was not shipped directly to you from Cooking Naturals, please note that the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
We established this Return Policy to circumvent the rare but capricious purchase that causes financial loss to our company and to our suppliers.
Warranty Defect Claim
Electric kitchen countertop appliances, commercial appliances, carafes or products used in commercial establishments are covered under their respective manufacturer's warranty. Items repaired or replaced under a manufacturer's warranty are not eligible for return or refund. After initial delivery, please contact us if you need information on how to contact the manufacturer of your product. Cooking Naturals makes no warranty expressed or implied. All warranties are solely between the manufacturer and the customer. The manufacturer or its legal representative will assess the unit for defect and apprise Cooking Naturals of their findings.
Buyer is responsible for obtaining a Return Authorization Number from the manufacturer/supplier and shipping prepaid the product for inspection to the manufacturer. Do not send Warranty Defect Claim merchandise to Cooking Naturals. If a Warranty Defect Claim product is lost or destroyed in transit to the manufacturer, you cannot be sent a replacement unit and you will be responsible for obtaining reimbursement from the freight courier. Therefore we strongly recommend that you purchase insurance from the courier for Warranty Defect Claim items. All shipping charges are prepaid to the manufacturer. If the manufacturer apprises Cooking Naturals that the item was indeed defective, Cooking Naturals will reimburse only a UPS Ground, FED EX Ground or USPS Regular Mail prepaid shipping cost. No other courier method or special delivery selection will be reimbursed.
If the manufacturer deems the product not defective, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred in the defect claim process, including additional shipping charges to the manufacturer/supplier and subsequent return of the item to the buyer.
Cancellation of Orders
Orders can be canceled at no cost to you if the item has not yet
shipped. Please call or e-mail us as soon as possible if you decide
to cancel an order, so that we can cancel shipment. Your payment
will be credited when a canceled item has not yet shipped. Refund
will be issued either through crediting your credit card or by refund check from Cooking
Naturals depending on the time elapsed between order and
cancellation.
If the item has shipped, you will be
responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the
merchandise to us. When returning a canceled order, you must ship
via a courier that provides tracking, and provide us with the
tracking number. If the item is lost or destroyed in transit, you
will be charged for the item. Therefore it is recommended that you
purchase insurance from the courier so that you can be reimbursed
for an item if it is lost or destroyed in transit.
For items that are canceled after they are
shipped, your account will not be credited until we receive the
returned item. Canceled orders that have shipped must be returned
unopened.
Damage in Transit
All items purchased from Cooking Naturals or CookingNaturals.com are
made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the title and
risk of loss for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the
carrier.
If you receive an item that is damaged in
transit, please contact the carrier for resolution.
Manufacturer Warranties
All appliances come with a limited manufacturer warranty.
At Cooking Naturals we strive to ensure timely orders, quality
products, and excellent customer care. If you have any questions

Gift Certificates
1. Gift certificates and unused portions of
gift certificates issued by Cooking Naturals and CookingNaturals.com
expire one year from the date of issuance, which is the expiration
date included on the gift certificate.
2. Gift certificates must be redeemed through
the CookingNaturals.com Web site, http://www.CookingNaturals.com,
toward the purchase of products listed in CookingNaturals.com online
catalog and sold by Cooking Naturals and CookingNaturals.com. Gift
certificates may not be redeemed at Cooking Naturals, or third-party
merchants. Gift certificates may not be redeemed at any other Web
site operated by Cooking Naturals and CookingNaturals.com, its
affiliates, or any other person or entity.
3. Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase
gift certificates.
4. Gift certificates are not redeemable for
cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
5. Any unused balance will be placed in the
recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable.
6. If your order exceeds the amount of your
gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit or
debit card.
7. Gift certificate cash value is 1/10 of one
cent.
8. Gift certificates and their use on the
Cooking Naturals and CookingNaturals.com Web site are subject to
Cooking Naturals and CookingNaturals.com general Conditions of Use.
9. We are not responsible for lost or stolen
gift certificates.

will have the right to close customer accounts and request
alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift
certificate is either redeemed through Cooking Naturals and the
CookingNaturals.com Web site or is redeemed and used to make

no warranties, express or implied, with respect to gift
certificates, including without limitation, any express or implied
warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In
the event a gift certificate number is non-functional, your sole
remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the replacement of such
gift certificate. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on
implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain
damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above

Cooking Naturals & CookingNaturals.com gift
certificates are issued and sold by Cooking Naturals. The risk of
loss and title for gift certificates pass to the purchaser upon our
electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier,
whichever is applicable.
You can use a gift certificate to pay for
almost any item sold by Cooking Naturals or CookingNaturals.com.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for purchases from third-party
merchants. All you need to redeem your gift certificate is your gift

If you want to redeem your gift certificate
when you place a new order, just add items to your Shopping Cart and
place an order via our order form. You will be asked to enter the

Unused gift certificate funds will remain in

If the cost of your order exceeds the value of
your gift certificate, you will be given the opportunity to provide
a credit card number to pay for the balance, to redeem another gift
certificate, or to change your order.

Problems with a Gift Certificate?
If the intended recipient of an e-mail gift certificate
claims to have never received the e-mail containing the e-gift
certificate, we can help. It is possible that the recipient either
accidentally deleted the e-mail or that they are blocking e-mail
from CookingNaturals.com. Users of ISPs such as AOL and Hotmail
have the option of blocking all e-mail messages that originate
outside of their domain. If the gift recipient's e-mail address
includes one of these domains, please contact them first to make
sure their e-mail is configured to accept e-mails from
CookingNaturals.com. The recipient's ISP or e-mail host may be
blocking e-mail from CookingNaturals.com. If this is the case, ask
them to change their e-mail program to relax or remove the settings
that filter or block mail. Once they've established that they should
be able to receive e-mail from us, please contact us, and request
that an e-mail gift certificate be resent. To have us resend,
please e-mail us with the following information:

· name of the recipient
· reconfirm the recipient's e-mail address to which the gift
certificate is to be sent
We will contact you by e-mail once we have
canceled the original gift certificate and issued a new one to the
recipient.
